Max Keiser on Hackers and Pirates vs. Corporations and Copyright Lawyers

This is just an extra that I thought might be of interest to the class. Apropos of our readings on copyright, financial news commentator Max Keiser and his colleague Stacy Herbert discuss several legal battles between musical artists and their major labels over control of "product." Some artists are finding it useful to make their work available on BitTorrent to circumvent what they view as their labels' abuse of copyright law. The second part of the program is also interesting, though not especially relevant, except that it involves crowd-funded journalism (on a sex scandal among hedge fund managers in New Canaan, CT!).
