My "Test Post"

Hi everyone, my name is Nabila. This is my last semester at Hunter and I am a History Adolescent Education Major aka a High School Social Studies teacher. Since this is an Internet and Media class I would like to mention how helpful the internet and powerpoint are for me when I am planning and executing a lesson. High School students are tough and one of my biggest challenges are making material relatable and interesting day in and day out. Keeping my student engaged is one of my main priorities and in order to achieve this one I regularly use the Internet. I'm constantly searching for everything and anything from great video clips, political cartoons, movies, and websites to add to my lessons. Many of which lead to great discussions and lessons.
