Tester, minus the er, insert a space, and add a Post

Hello Everyone,

My name is Tunisia M. and I am double majoring in Anthropology and Media. I'm interested in taking my own as well as other people's research and putting it up onto the big screen. I love history and have found it best to use visual mediums (such as photography and video) to express past accounts, showcase talented people, describe social issues, and capture wonderful music.

Alongside visual mediums, I use the Internet every day. I love going online to watch documentaries, especially if I forget to watch/tape them from the television. Netflix has been my newfound website that I've been exploring (yes, I'm late, but good things come in time). I've watched so many documentaries on there. Still, like Giselle, I don't like the lack of privacy on the Internet. I found that with the creation of the Internet, followed the creation of hacking more information. I guess this is to be expected with any new medium that forces people to put/share specific information, but as time progresses, I grow weary. I constantly hear from co-workers, friends, and passer byers, how their identity has been stolen or some money has leaked out of their accounts. I try to put the least amount of information on the Internet as possible, which is a conundrum of itself since I am documenter. Nonetheless, I try to balance the capabilities of what the Internet can provide for me with the troubles that can result from carelessness spreading of info or just bad luck.

In any means, I look forward to taking this class. Despite the fears of privacy, I love the Internet. I find it very useful and I can't wait to learn more about the medium that reaches such a large global network.
