Features of a generative system

The five principal features that make something generative remind me of the folks I used to work for. The United States Air Force and the Defense Communications Agency (DCA) the boys with all the neat toys.
Coordinating a full military logistical and tactical operation requires major planning.   The Command, Control and Communications group require gears that can take a lickin’ and keeps on tickin’ under combat condition that even Private Gump can operate it, Leverage.
In the battle field combat gear whether it be a truck, communication gears or weapons they should be easily field striped,  and can be cannibalized to serve its purpose, Adaptability.
The equipment manual for most military equipment whether it may a truck, weapons and mobile communications are mostly written in common language almost like a comic books so once again even Pvt. Gump can understand it and operate the “toys,” Ease of mastery.
The military personnel has full access to the gears assigned to them at all time and are constantly drilled and trained until the action is committed into muscle memory, Accessibly.
Although the military, the various government agencies and the privates sector have their own Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the common technologies within each aganices enable the people within that technology to understand their common language, Transferability.
One thing I do know about the boyz in the military, our ability to adapt and improvise is pretty awesome and amazing, like we’re all got Masters of MacGyver from G.I.U.
